Living room: A spacious and welcoming living room with two double sofa beds, a TV and a beautiful dining table for convivial moments.

Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available to enhance your gourmet moments.

Rooms: Three modern, elegant rooms, each equipped with a TV and a small dressing room. One of the rooms also has a private bathroom.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with showers, accompanied by a welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo. A hairdryer is also available. One of the bathrooms adjoins a bedroom for added privacy.

Toilets : Two toilets, one integrated into a bathroom and the other independent, for greater convenience.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The three bedrooms have no windows: you sleep without daylight or direct fresh air, and the air in them can feel damp. The apartment is not air-conditioned, so in summer the bedrooms can get very hot.
* For up to 10 guests there are two toilets, one in a bathroom and one separate, next to the kitchen. The bathroom adjoining a bedroom has no toilet: larger groups will need to take turns.
* The building is on a very busy street whose surroundings can feel unpleasant at night, especially for families with young children.
* The bedroom doors have clear glass panes with no curtains: privacy is limited.
* The two sofa beds in the living room sit under a glass roof with little blackout: daylight comes in early in the morning. If you sleep in the living room, bring an eye mask.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will enjoy 80 m² (861 sq ft) in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, away from the street noise on a courtyard, with a living room under a large glass roof, a beautiful dining table and a kitchen with a dishwasher.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the ground floor. Please note that work is currently underway in the building, which may generate some noise pollution during the day.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
