Summary:

Discover this superb apartment ideally located in the heart of Paris in the famous Marais district. You'll be just steps from the famous Café Charlot and Rue de Bretagne, known for its restaurants, cafes, and chic and trendy boutiques. This apartment combines modernity and authenticity thanks to its majestic original "Versailles" parquet flooring. It consists of a bedroom and a large, elegant, bright, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped living room. An ideal location for a successful Parisian stay.



The Space:

Welcome to our 55 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator).

It is composed as follows for your comfort:



- 1 entrance hall with plenty of storage space

- 1 large, bright living room with a sofa bed for 2 people

- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people

- 1 Smart TV, Wi-Fi

- 1 fully equipped separate kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)

- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)

- 1 full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet



Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest and are performed by a professional cleaner.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, at the foot of Rue de Bretagne.



You won't know where to look first, between the romantic Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, the Hôtel de Ville, and the famous Musée National Picasso, all just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.



At the foot of the building, numerous cafés welcome you for a typical Parisian breakfast (coffee, croissants). You'll also find the Enfants Rouges covered market where you can enjoy lunch on-site with fresh produce (cheese, fish, seasonal fruits and vegetables). It's the place to be for Parisian purists! To enjoy the best falafel in Paris, head to Rue des Rosiers, to L'As du Falafel, a 10-minute walk away, and enjoy the capital's chic and trendy fashion and designer boutiques.



This apartment's prime location allows you easy access on foot, by bike, or by public transport to Paris's most must-see sites, such as Notre Dame Cathedral, the banks of the Seine, the Île Saint Louis, the Sacré Coeur, Saint Germain des Près, the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Élysées, and the Arc de Triomphe.

Great location & beautifully furnished apartment.There's no lift so carrying a heavy suitcase along a narrow spiral staircase to the first floor could be challenging for some.Overall, well worth it despite Paris horrendous short term holiday rental cost.
