Welcome to our magnificent 180 m² air-conditioned apartment renovated by renowned professionals with high-end materials, located in the heart of the famous "Le Marais" district, 5 minutes from THE CITY HALL and many unmissable tourist sites. My warm, bright, modern and fully equipped accommodation is ideal for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends (8 people) looking for comfort and authenticity.

The Space:

Air-conditioned apartment of 180m2 located on the ground floor which includes:

- 1 Living room with large sofa, coffee table TV WIFI
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 10 people
- 1 fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, microwave combined oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, toaster, washer-dryer, dishwasher
- 3 double queen size bedrooms with full bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)
- 1 double bedroom with queen size bed with bathroom (shower and toilet)
- 1 additional bathroom with shower and sink (shower and toilet)
- 1 separate toilet

In total the apartment is made up of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 4 toilets

Cleaning fees include linens and towels for each guest and are carried out by a professional agent

Great Location

I loved this property, it is a great location. The neighborhood is so cute and has a local vibe. The beds are comfy and the rooms with attached showers makes getting ready very efficient. The property is missing a few things like, kitchen towels, face towels in the bathroom, extra garbage bags, a pod for laundry. I think this may be a new property so I’m sure those things will be worked out with time. All in all it’s a great spot and I hope to be back.
