Sublime 2 bedroom duplex, just renovated, located in the Faubourg Saint Honoré area, my accommodation is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. As at home, the large kitchen will allow you to cook French style dishes and you will be able to take full advantage of the lounge area.
You will stroll in the Jardin des Tuileries and the Champs Elysees, visit the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, go shopping on Avenue Montaigne; an ideal Paris that combines culture and shopping!

Flat of 47m2 on the 3rd floor without lift:

- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- Living room with sofa and dining area
- Television, Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an extra charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11 pm: 50 euros

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was straight forward with the instructions and video provided by the property manager. The unit is on the 3rd floor which some may find difficult to carry their luggage up to that floor since there is not an elevator. The unit is in a fantastic area which was close to many great shops, restaurants and attractions. We had a fabulous time staying here.
