The Space:

Welcome to this superb, quiet and completely renovated studio, located on the Champs-Élysées! The apartment is located on the 8th floor with elevator and has a balcony offering a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. It is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to three travelers.



The studio includes:

• A living space: living room with convertible sofa bed for 2 people, convertible armchair for 1 person, Smart television, air conditioning, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, hairdryer, washing machine, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A balcony: enjoy the view of the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.

The studio also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

At Gare du Nord, transfer to Metro Line 4 heading to Porte d’Orléans.

At Strasbourg - Saint-Denis, switch to Metro Line 9 and exit at Franklin D. Roosevelt.

A short walk brings you directly to our doorstep!



From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):

Hop on Metro Line 4 toward Porte d’Orléans.

Change at Strasbourg - Saint-Denis to Metro Line 9.

Exit at Franklin D. Roosevelt and enjoy a short stroll to your new home away from home.

Included Services:

Rest assured, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures the apartment is impeccably clean upon your arrival and departure, ensuring a pristine environment for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services:

Should you require a cot and high chair, please notify us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we'll gladly accommodate your request. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in: from 3pm.

Early Check-ins: If you wish to arrive before 3pm, we'll confirm availability 24 hours prior, and a surcharge of 50% of a night's rate may apply.

Late Check-outs: Extend your stay past the official check-out time? We'll confirm availability 24 hours prior, and a surcharge of 50% of a night's rate may apply.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required for access to the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect the peace and quiet of our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.



Internet Etiquette:

Avoid unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Respect French and European legislation regarding prohibited websites. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators are beyond our control and will not lead to compensation.



Professional Usage & Photography:

No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are permitted without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.



We kindly remind you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in denial of entry and no refund requests will be accepted.
