Studio With a Nice View of Paris - Luxury Building in the Heart of the Marais

Beautiful and spacious, my studio, completely renovated in September 2012, is located in the 4th arrondissement of Paris (Le Marais / Beaubourg), close to all amenities: public transport, cafes, restaurants…

This charming non-smoking 35m² studio welcomes you on the 6th and last floor (lift to the 5th floor). You will appreciate its clarity and the magnificent view over the rooftops of Paris.

My studio includes a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge, traditional oven, microwave, etc.), a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a living room with foldaway double bed and extra bed.

You can take your meals comfortably in the kitchen or the lounge area, at the table or at the bar. The studio is equipped with ADSL internet connection.

Perfect base in Paris

The apartment is very well positioned, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is within walking distance of many landmarks including Notre Dame, the Louvre, Pompidou and in the Marais, Place de Vosges. Les Halles metro station is a few minutes walk which is conveniently on the direct line to Charles de Gaulle airport. The apartment was comfortable and quiet even though it is on the busy Boulevard de Sébastopol.as long as you keep the windows closed. A highlight was seeing the tip of the Eiffel Tower, Invalid and even Sacre Coeur from the attic windows. A great place to base yourself in Paris.

Great little place

This apartment was perfect for one or two people. Great location, 5 minutes from Chatelet Les Halles, a straight shot to CDG. Multiple metro stations nearby. Pompidou Center is in your back yard. Apartment was clean and well maintained, with good heat and hot water in the shower. Well furnished for a rental, including the dishwasher and washing machine. The one flight of stairs is fine other than getting your luggage in and out, I walked down to the ground floor every time.

Exceptional communication and most pleasant studio

Paul answered all my questions prior to visiting Paris. Information was accurate and helped save us 100 euro when a driver wanted to take us to the studio from CDG off meter for 145 euro! The location was perfectly located. Shops, restaurants, and metro so close. The studio was very clean. It was nice to have a washer in the apartment. Plenty of sunlight, very warm and cozy We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great Parisian escape!

Great place to stay with easy access to one of the bigger metro/train stations. Very clean and well equipped. You can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. Paul was very responsive and courteous. Our flights kept getting delayed and he was able to meet us at the property later than the anticipated check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property with an Excellent Host

This was an excellent apartment. It was vey clean and in a great location. A lot of places to eat. Very close to the Metro Station. You could look out the kitchen window and see the top of the Eiffel Tower or look to the right and see Sacre-Coeur. The beds were great & the shower was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here!! Love the apartment and the host was amazing!

Wonderful studio in a great neighborhood

Very nice studio in a great location in the fourth Arrondissement, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Our only issue was that the owner communicated that he would need us at 6:30 PM that evening, but didn’t send this email until late that day, and we didn’t get it in a timely manner. We got there at the initially stated time and had to wait 45 minutes. Fortunately nearby neighbors were very helpful and invited us into their apartment.

Nice, quaint studio apartment located in a great neighborhood with losts of things available. Apartment had what was needed such as towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap. Did not have laundry soap, which would have been useful since there was a washing machine. Overall, it was a an excellent place to stay.

Perfect location in the center of Paris!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location was perfect to explore in a different direction each day. Although it is on a busy street, we didn't notice much noise. The apartment had everything we needed and was a good size for the two of us. We enjoyed the rooftop view and seeing Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower (twinkling on the hour in the evening) from the kitchen window. It was a lovely haven after a day of walking. Checking in and out were easy and communication was prompt. We recommend staying here.

Great Place to stay

The place was small but cozy. The host was wonderful with communication, assistance, and personal check in. The flat was well equipped, neat and clean. The location was perfect near the Seine, the Marais and les Halles with a metro stop nearby and convenient. The only negative comment would be the night time traffic/noise until well after midnight, but a younger person would probably be out enjoying the night scenes until it got quiet. Overall great value for the money and worked wonderfully for my husband and me.

Great Studio

Studio is in a great location. 5 min walk from train station. Spacious enough for 3 people. Very clean and bright. In the heart of the Marais walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions. L’ouvre .. etc. The location is on a busy street so you need to know there is noise from the traffic but all bearable. Would definitely recommend. Our host Paul was very accommodating!
