While the rooms are stylish and the location is great, the apartment did not have any heat or hot water during our stay, and it was November, quite cold, rainy and windy. There was also a window with a broken latch that could not be closed. We reached out to the property managers multiple times a day, every day during our stay via WhatsApp, phone, email and the Vrbo platform. The apartment was essentially inhospitable due to the cold temperatures. We could not shower and were never warm. We did not receive any response until after we checked out and they asked me to provide proof I sent messages. Once I sent the messages they said they would solve the problems right away. But we had already checked out and this was 4 days after they were initially notified. We requested a refund, but they have not confirmed yet. I will update this review if they do.
