  • This spacious apartment is located in the 9th arrondissement around the corner from the museum of la vie romantique , in between montmartre, the cabaret moulin rouge, the theater district, the rue des martyrs bistrots and restaurants and the opera district. It is in a pretty haussman style building on the 4th floor with elevator which opens to a picturesque and pedestrian square. At walking distance , several metro lines nearby ( 2 and 13 ) and a large number of bus stops reaching the whole paris ( 68, 95 and 80 ). Around the block you will find all the necessary fresh food shops, a baker and a couple of supermarkets.

    The location is safe and convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance to Montmartre and Opera.

    It is composed of living room, a dining room a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, two bedrooms ( one queen bed and one double bed) , a full bathroom and a separate toilet.

    The apartment comes with free WI-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.

    The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

    Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 200pm.
