Decent hotel - be aware of street noise

Great neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and street life. The room we had faced the street and opposite was a very noisy club that closes at 5am Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Aside from that, decent and cheap.

ótima localização/fraco serviço

Pontos positivos: wi-fi nos quartos (apesar de falhar em alguns momentos), ótima localização (próxima de supermercados, restaurantes, lojas de souvenir, estações de metrô e pontos turísiticos, como Notre-Dame, Louvre e Saint Chapelle), simpatia e prestatividade dos recepcionistas. Pontos negativos: não possui elevador, café da manhã é simples (baguete + café + manteiga e mel), cozinheira extremamente grossa e antipática, piso em carpete (para aqueles que têm alergia), quarto não tem TV/frigobar, banheiro minúsculo (no nosso caso, a pia ficou entupida e só foram consertar no último dia da nossa estadia). Em suma, é o local ideal para aqueles que desejam aproveitar a cidade e os pontos turísticos durante o dia e utilizam o hotel apenas para descanso à noite, pois ele não tem nada de especial a oferecer. Àqueles com estadia marcada, não esperem muito do estabelecimento.

The cheap price is not worth it. Don't book here.

I booked this hotel for my family and me for 6 days in Paris. I was looking for a cheap hotel with good ratings. We were very disappointed. The hotel is very basic. We ended up being on the 4th floor. Which sounds awesome, unless there is no elevator. I consider us a young and healthy family, so I didn't let it bother me too much. Our two-bedroom were fairly spacious. We had a wall seperating us from the children, which was nice. Our bathroom did not have enough ari circulaton, so there was black mold in the grout and corners of the shower. We asked the front desk for some cleaner, and they didn't have any. So, we went out and bought some bleach ourselves. The front desk was awesome. Always polite and kind. However, the woman that handles breakfast (which is just bread and a drink) is fairly rude. We had many negative encounters with her. My favorite was when my daughter joined us 15 minutes before breakfast ended and she refused to serve her because she needed that time to clean up. So if you do book here, come at least 30 minutes prior to breakfast ending if you expect to be served. Most of the staff do not smile and if you get in their way, they are not kind. I would have definitely spent a little more money to be treated better at a different hotel. Do not book here.

Pass on this one!

Horrible hotel. Dirty and skanky sheets, skimpy pillow with no pillowcase, filthy blanket. Shower was just a trickle and not usable. Loud street noise. And the free breakfast was listed as "a third of a baguette and coffee". Thanks but no thanks. I had other options and regret making this selection. The only saving grace is its location.

노트르담 근처이고~ 공항에서 rer노트르담역에서 5분? 정도의 거리입니다. 아주 오래된 호텔이고, 나름 조금씩 수리와 관리를 하고있는 호텔입니다.로비 직원분들은 아주 친절하시고~ 엘레베이터가 없어서 조금 힘듭니다. 화장실은 리모델리을 하셨으니~ 침대 커버와 이불을 좀 바꾸셨으면 좋겠다란 생각을 했습니다. 먹자골목에 위치한 곳이라 밤이면 아주 시끄럽습니다. 조금 당황스러울정도였네요~ 조식은 커피에 바게트방 버터만 줍니다.그래도 파리여서그런지 바게트가 맛있습니다. 지내면서 편하지는 않았지만, 그래도 독특한 옛날 호텔을 경험한것으로 추억삼으려합니다

Déception dès la réception

Après avoir attendue environs 5 minutes, le temps que les 2 réceptionnistes finissent leur conversation, 3 étages à monter, pas d’ascenseur, la chambre pas prête et le téléphone ne fonction pas, redescendre les 3 étages pour qu’on me change la chambre. Chambre donnant sur la rue donc bruits garantie. La literie est inconfortable et en plus ils nous ont changé le lis a 2 place par 2 lits à une place avec la pente dans la chambre je vous explique pas le confort ! Les serviettes sont tellement usées qu’on peut voir à travers … sans parler de la propreté des toilette est la moisissure dans la salle de bain. C’est une honte pour l’image de l’hôtellerie en France vis-à-vis des touristes français et étranger. Je vous conseille de bien lire les commentaires avant de se lancer l’aventure… Ne mérite pas d’être sur votre site ni dans d’autres à part que c’est la commission qui vous intéresse. Séjour gâché.

Está en una excelente ubicación, sin duda, lo mejor. El baño es básico, aceptable, las camas cómodas, las sábanas limpias y el mobiliario sencillo. Nuestra habitación cuadruple daba a un patio, sin ruidos para dormir. Lo peor, la moqueta del suelo y los edredones que cubren la cama. Desayuno básico pero acorde al precio. Personal agradable. El hotel no cuenta con ascensor.

Não vale o custo!

Sim, a localização é ótima! Mas sinceramente, o “custo benefício” que todos informaram para este hotel, não vale a pena. O banheiro é péssimo para um banho, impossível lavar um cabelo sem alagar o quarto, se você não quer grudar o corpo na cortina de plástico, precisa ficar próximo a parede e com isso, varias vezes quase me queimei pq acabava alterando a temperatura da água sem querer... muito ruim! Para que ficar bem localizado se é impossível descansar devido ao barulho dos quartos e da rua? Hotel muito antigo, sem reformas e condições precárias. Café da manhã, não vale a pena!

Beautiful, rustic, quaint, Parisian hotel

It was a beautiful Parisian hotel. Old, rustic, romantic and centrally located right in a Parisian backstreet. Many people would probably not feel the same way about it, but my daughter and I loved it!

ロケーションは最高で、一歩外を出ればレストランやカフェに囲まれていて、歩いて色々な観光地に行かれます。 ただ、建物や施設は古く、全体的に傾いていて、部屋にいる時にも落ち着きませんでした。 シャワーヘッドを掛けるところも壊れていて、手で持ってシャワーを浴びるしかなく、バックパッカーに泊まったような気持ちです。 ただ、スタッフはフレンドリーで感じが良かったです。

Hotel is close to many places to eat. Noisy at night specially when there is no air conditioning and you have to keep the window open. Loud drunk screaming at 3am in the streets. I paid 150 euros and similar hotels 3stars in the area cost the same. I was not aware that this was a one star hotel. No air conditioning. No elevator. I had to walk 5 floors to get to my creepy attic room. Some rooms don’t event have bathrooms. Breakfast is bread and coffee. Guests were all sitting in crammed lobby so depressed eating their jailhouse meals. Was very funny to see sad actually. You will lose one night if you try to cancel so I stayed. The attendants are French nice. They look kinda fed up with people protesting when they get there and see the conditions. A stack of toilets welcome you to the right of the stairs when you get in. Like an installation of Duchamp. Lol. Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice. I will never return here. I hope. It was very creepy place I’d like to forget.

Very simple- lacking important amenities (to me anyways)- there was no air conditioning- TV- elevators-or refrigeration. Also the breakfast was quite simple- not enough choices. The location was great and the staff were quite pleasant. It was odd though how we had to check out with them and leave our key when we left???

Inexpensive, no-frills hotel in great area

You can't beat this hotel for the price you pay. This is an amazing part of Paris so you'll be close to everything you'll want to see, either by walking or the metro. Be forewarned, though, that it doesn't have amenities. We were there during the heat wave and really could have used air conditioning, or at least a fan, which they did not provide. Our room was above a popular bar that stayed open very late, so be sure to bring your ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. We were on the top floor, which had wonderful views, but meant having to walk up a lot of stairs. All in all we got what we expected. I might stay here again if the price remains low, or I might spend a bit more for some additional comforts.

Perfekt om man inte är kräsen!

Perfekt läge, billigt hotell! Men slitet och gammalt. Perfekt om man inte är kräsen! Inget varmvatten men det gjorde inget då det var 36 grader varmt utomhus, ingen AC vilket var jobbigt. Kändes ändå rent och städat. Handdukarna hade sett bättre dagar men var hela och rena.
