"Long line at reservation to get my room. Then open the toilet lid to see diarrhea and toilet paper all inside it. They give me a new room and someone’s used razor is on the floor in the bathroom. The Italian restaurant inside the lobby was no better, the food was barely warmed up. Worst place I stayed my whole trip."

"Had an amazing stay! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. There's 24/7 on-site staff and front desk, which made us feel very safe as well. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is very quirky and lots of art throughout. Great location! We were able to get around everywhere with ease. Would stay here again in the future :)"
