Helped make our vacation PERFECT!

This was a terrific stay. It was our family's first visit to Paris and everything Eric did from the beginning of our stay through the conclusion was amazing. The stay at this apartment help make this the PERFECT way to stay in Paris. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Eric's apartment. The neighborhood was so welcoming and kind to us. It's a very special place.

A rare gem

Loved , loved, loved this place and the host. We were warmly welcomed by the excellent host, Eric, who made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The apartment is down a short cul de sac. The street at the end is full of stores, restaurants and everything you would need for your stay. Two supermarkets are within a couple of blocks for supplies and two metro stations within a short walking distance to take you anywhere in the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated and makes excellent use of space. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home. Lots of charging stations for electronics. This is a very modern, comfortable apartment. And a great base from which to explore the city. Best of all was the host, who made sure our visit went smoothly. He was extremely helpful with negotiating our arrival and departure. Always available to provide advice and information, but not at all intrusive. He was the difference between a good stay and a great one. We will definitely book here when we return.

Un appartement de qualité, où tout est pensé afin de passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est idéalement situé, on se sent en sécurité. La décoration est moderne ! nous avons loué cet appartement pour deux personnes en déplacement pour le travail, c'est une superbe location idéale à tout point de vue . le propriétaire se plie en quatre pour ses locataires ,étant disponible il est même venu nous chercher à la gare st Lazarre, une première pour moi . Propreté, matériel à disposition ,linge de toilette ,wifi au top qui nous a permis de faire également du télétravail quand nous Etions a la location.le calme aussi de l'appartement dans une impasse, et pourtant proche de tout commerce restaurant métro rien à redire, une adresse à garder dans sa mémoire, j'espère pouvoir même bientôt en profiter pour un week-end plaisir à Paris . je remercie encore Eric pour sa gentillesse
