## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access of a beautiful Haussmann-style building, this apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a functional shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris.

You will particularly appreciate the calm atmosphere as well as the practicality of the space.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and much more. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

Ideally located, the apartment is within close proximity to metro lines 3, 7, 8, 9, and 12. A Monoprix supermarket is just 150 meters away for your daily shopping needs.

Many of Paris’s iconic landmarks are easily accessible from the apartment, including:

## Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.

I have never had a worse experience. Or even close. The place had not been cleaned when we arrived hours after check in time. No one had told us it was still dirty. A cleaner was sent who did an extremely poor job. Filthy bed. Filthy bathroom. Dirty wet towels. Dirty dishes. We did not stay here. Trying to get a refund now. Extremely disappointed in the host and in VRBO.
