Nice and well placed apartment
Located 3 minutes walk from Porte d’Orléans, bus 1 minute away, metro line 4 and tram 3a 8 minutes away. Close to shops and Keepcool gym 3 minutes away (carrefourmarket, bank, bakery), restaurants and grocery store at the foot of the building. The town is pleasant and there is a market on Thursdays and Sundays 10 minutes away by foot. The building is quiet. The 47m² apartment includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a living room with an open kitchen. You will find a large sofa with convertible daybed for 2 people, TV, internet. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven and microwave, toaster and a high table with 4 comfortable chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a water heater, 1 bathtub, 1 WC , 1 sink and a heated towel rail. On the 4th floor without elevator, it is an apartment habited when it is not rented which will make you feel at home. A wardrobe and a shelf unit will be at your disposal.
