パリの中央でアパルトマン暮らし

シャトレ駅から歩いて10分もかからないところに立地していて、どこへ行くにも便利な場所でした。シャトレ駅はシャルルドゴール空港からRERのB線で一本でつきます。入り口はお店の並びに青い扉があり、そこが入り口になります。周辺の治安としては、大通りから一本内側に入りますが、飲食店も近くにあり人通りも多いので治安は良い方でした。エレベーターがないので荷物の上げ下げは大変でしたが、お洒落な木の階段でそれこそパリのアパルトマンに住んでいる雰囲気を味わえます。部屋内は写真にある通りです。私が滞在したときは洗濯機が壊れていて使えませんでした。全体的に新しく清潔感があり、ベッドもソファーベッドも清潔でした。バスタオル大とバスタオル中が人数分、あとバスタオル中が４枚ほど予備として用意されていました。ドライヤーもついています。料理に必要なものは一通りそろっています。滞在中困ったことがあれば、オーナーの方（英語）とHomeawayからいつでも連絡すれば、迅速に対応いただけました。３人で５泊しましたが、申し分なく過ごすことができました。

The stay was nice and here are some pointers:Pros:1.Location in the Marais was superb.2.The apartment was fully equipped – kitchen, laundry, eating in etc.3.Aircondition was good – cooling and warming4.Beds- two double bed are OK (but see comment in cons).5.Good windows and light.Cons:1.The apartment is compact. tiny in fact! 2.Bathroom and toilet are extremely small. Almost intolerable.3.Stairs to the inner gallery/bedroom are very steep and not for elder people. 4.There are 45 stairs leading to the apartment. Just mentioning.5.House holders were not interested in what is happening with the tenants.....

This is not a 3 bedroom property. It is a one bedroom with a huge built in bunk bed with a very steep ladder to access the top bunk. If someone sleeps on the pull out sofa then the other person who is sleeping in the bedroom has to scoot pass the sofa sleeper to use the bathroom.

The property was just as listed. Communication with the host was great. The location was perfect for walking, as it was close to Notre Dame, Seine River, Louvre Museum, and many other desired locations. I would recommend this property, and stay here again.

The hosts were fantastic. They let us check in early and let us keep our luggage at the apartment well after checkout time. That gave us another half day in Paris that we would have had to spend in the airport. The apartment is in an excellent location. There are restaurants and bakeries everywhere. It is 3 blocks from the Seine and 5 blocks from Notre Dame. We took a walk down the street while admiring the Seine and just ended up at the Louvre. You can’t beat that!The apartment is a quite small, but it was set up efficiently. The apartment was a bit worn. The couch has seen better days and the towels seemed to have been used and washed many times. We had to buy dishwashing soap because it was very watered down and sponges because the kitchen sponge was old. That said, the bathroom was immaculate and the beds were quite comfortable. Also, the air condition worked really well.If you have a disability, you might have a hard time navigating the two and a half flights of spiral staircase. But they’re fine if you don’t have a walking issue.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a great location and the owners were very accommodating.

Great stay - walk out access to the heart of Paris. Pretty tight for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and its effectively bunk beds King under Double. Would stay again if we return to Paris.

It was tight, as advertised, but can’t beat the location. No lift, so pack light / prepare to carry luggage up narrow stairway. Again - perfect location.

This apartment is as wonderful as advertised. The location can’t be beat with cafes, boutiques and restaurants all around and many key tourist destinations in walking distance. While the apartment is small it is charming and equipped with everything you need. The loft sleeping area is great for kids and young adults but the stairs and low clearance may not be suitable for some adults. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It's in a great location, but is very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again. It's a good option for families.

Cosy and tidy apartment in great location

Fantastic location - quiet apartment but right in the heart of Le Marais so lots of fun right from stepping out of the door of the complex and the main sights elsewhere easily accessible via walking or public transport. The apartment was very snug once the couch bed was out but that was as expected and described, and it was fine for our family (2 teenage girls who absolutely loved the buzzing area).

Apartment was in great location - easy access to everything we wanted to do, very quiet and provided everything we needed. We are a family of 3 - my tween daughter stayed in the loft bed and loved it. Apartment is perfect for small families or a couple but would not recommend for anything larger. Stairs to loft are very steep - wouldn’t recommend for very young kids or anyone who has mobility/agility issues. Also, note that access to the toilet is from the living room while the shower /sink is accessed from the bathroom. Lastly, while the apartment provided basic necessities, we did have to get shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper (2 rolls were provided for our 1 week stay) and paper towels - not a big deal but just an FYI.

Great apartment in Paris

This apartment had air conditioning, which was amazing given we arrived during the heatwave!! Vincent was super responsive, and supplied all of the essentials. We had enough room for our family of four. Having a washer was great. Great location, close to Notre Dame, shops, and restaurants.

Great Spot and Very Accommodating Hosts

We had a wonderful short stay here! The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience the city like a local rather than staying in a hotel. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and the host was kind and very helpful throughout our stay.Our family of four especially enjoyed the charming little cafés scattered around nearly every corner—grabbing a meal was always easy and enjoyable.
