Worst VRBO Ever
DO NOT STAY HERE! Images are photoshopped and do not reflect the neighborhood/true character of the place. Description does not state it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The single washer/dyer is shared for the entire building and is in a small closet that is dirty/storage area for tools/other equipment for the units. Homeless sleeping on the street and graffiti outside of the building; not reflected in the pictures due to photoshop. Advertised AC but the mini split didn’t work and no AC is provided in the main bedroom. Mobile AC solution in the living room provided did not work and threw an E8 code for overheating. The mobile solution needed to be vented out a window but the host did not provide the vent kit to seal the window so the entire window was open letting all the hot air from outside inside making it impossible to cool the room. The mobile solution was filthy dirty. Ceiling blinds in the main bedroom were broken and host refused to respond to questions in the app creating an oven in the room during the day and light entering into the bedroom every time a neighbor turned on a light during the night. Impossible to sleep with such heat. The ceiling was open with exposed wiring and pipes in the kitchen. Main bedroom bed is overdue for a replacement and was so lumpy that it was impossible to use.Overall the place was not well maintained and is run down. We were unable to complete our stay and had to find another hotel due to the heat and inability to cool the place
