Perfect apartment

This apartment is great. Location is amazing, pictures are completely accurate. I loved the finishes and the aesthetic of the space. It was a perfect place to stay. Getting the keys was difficult but the property management was helpful via email and responded promptly on a Friday evening. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful. My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights (after staying 9 nights elsewhere in another arrondissement) and enjoyed it immensely. The apartment was private, quiet, so clean, nicely decorated and super cute with 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds), a lounge/dining/kitchen with a small balcony across all rooms. Situated across the road from a metro station and plenty of cafes and the Opera close by, this really was a wonderful experience. Great, regular communication too. Thank you, we’ll be back!!

Nice property but only one bathroom

This property is listed as a two bathroom apartment, but there is only one toilet. As I had booked to stay with a work colleague it gave us a very uncomfortable week. There is a bathtub in one bedroom, but that is not enough to constitute a second bath, and this is probably only appropriate for a small family, not work colleagues. This property was clean, and the communication with the seller was smooth. The apartment is smaller than anticipated, but I think that is normal for the city. The second bedroom does not have room at all for a suitcase. The apartment does have airconditioning, which is a rarity in Paris, and welcomed in the summer, but in the second bedroom, when the A/C runs, it makes a banging sound, which happens more frequently when it is run longer. We ended up either not sleeping from the banging or not sleeping from the temperature. Additionally, the listing stated that the keys would be in a lockbox at the property, but in actuality they were left at a hotel which was a 20 min walk (roundtrip). When we got there, they told us they were somewhere else so we then had to locate a shop to find the keys. A lot different than listed, and left us quite uncomfortable after a long journey with one person alone on the street with our luggage. Lastly, we found a noise monitor in the property, which was supposed to have been disclosed to us. It was hidden on the back of the TV.

Beautiful Parisian apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed property, close to numerous cafes, restaurants, and attractions. We appreciated the AC in the summer heat.

Convenient apartment in 2nd arrondissement

Great apartment, conveniently placed for tourist attractions. Buzzy and atmospheric area with plenty of places to drink, eat and shop nearby. The apartment is clean and fitted to high specification. All correspondence was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The air-conditioning meant that the apartment was pleasant even on a warm day. We would recommend.

Great location, great space, with some caveats

The location is great, surrounded by good food and transportation. The unit it self is wonderful. It was clean, cozy, with maybe the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! The view from the small porch is great too. I will say that the process to getting in to the unit is 2 parts. I had to go to a store 7 min walk away to pick up keys to the unit first before going to the actual unit. This was kind of difficult with all of us carry our luggages/heavy bags. Also the instructions to find the actual elevator and stairs to take to get to the unit was a bit unintuitive. It also took us a while to figure out how to get out of the building (there is a button you have to press that was not very obvious. Lastly, we were not given the wifi information, so when we finally got back to the unit in the evening we were not able to log in to the wifi, even after attempting the phone numbers given to us and emailing a couple of times. We made due with cell data but would've preferred wifi internet to check in to our flights, etc.
