We stayed 10 nights and had a great experience! The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the metro, major attractions, and plenty of food options. It’s spacious enough that we never felt cramped, and it’s well equipped with everything we needed. One thing to note is that the apartment is on a third floor with steep and old stairs, so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage like we did, be ready for an impromptu gym session!

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The apartment is in a great location. Bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants and grocers are nearby. A few Metro stops are within a 10-minute walk. The bed is larger than a double, often hard to find in much of Europe, allowing for a more comfortable sleep. We did not prepare any hot meals. Check-in was reasonably smooth, conducted by a representative who invited us to contact him with any questions. The main issue we encountered during our stay was the non-functional projection television. When he introduced us to the apartment, the individual was unable to get it to function, but we thought that was because he was unfamiliar with its operation. When we decided to watch tv, we followed the procedure shown in the host’s written instructions, but that did not produce an image. We first contacted the rep to request his assistance. No response. We then contacted the host, even sending an image from manual that suggested a lamp was broken. The host 1) refused to help us, 2) told us to contact his representative, and 3) did nothing in response when told that multiple times over a 24-hour period that his representative was MIA. At the rate charged for this room, one is justified in expecting better customer service from everyone associated with the rental organization, both the individuals in charge and their employees. We urge anyone who rents this unit to ensure that the television system is functioning before dismissing the person who introduces them to the apartment.
