Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 66 m² apartment in Épinay-sur-Seine which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 28 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 60 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows :

- 28 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed with en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 : Double sofa bed with TV and desk

- An enclosed south-west-facing garden with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A 20 m² terrace adjoining the garden

The apartment is ideally located in Épinay-sur-Seine, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Crazy Paris

Our first hour at the apartment was spent in the hallway. Owner would not answer to give instructions on getting in. Thank heaven's for the building manager and a tenant. They were amazing. All 3 beds were the most uncomfortable ever. (2 of them were killers) Left a day early for a hotel bed.
