So the property was nice. Close to Champs-Elysées, good restaurants and train station. Easy access for Uber/Taxis. Amenities were VERY lacking, we did have tea/coffee and water we had to refill downstairs every day. That truly wasn’t much of an issue as my kids are grown so they are very capable of getting their own water. The staff other than Steve, I think he’s the manager, Steve was awesome. Our encounter with him was at the end of our stay during checkout but he truly was awesome. The other staff were not welcoming. I traveled with my 2 daughters and we were met with NO’s at check in. I just expected a little bit more kindness for a 4 star hotel. Which shouldn’t even matter. We weren’t afforded any of the VIP benefits, and they absolutely weren’t apologetic about it. Maybe this particular hotel shouldn’t be affiliated with the VIP program. All in all, this was probably my 12th or 13th visit to Paris and my kids 6th or so. So nothing was going to taint our vacation. We took all with much positive energy, laughed at certain situations and enjoyed our vacation regardless.

We stayed in the family suite at Hotel La Pergolèse during our trip to Paris. We were a group of five and overall, the experience was good. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and very well connected to metro and train lines, making it easy to get around the city. The family suite is actually made up of two very spacious and comfortable rooms, which was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were clean and roomy, though the showers are inside bathtubs that are quite high, something to keep in mind if you're traveling with small children or older adults. One downside was that one of the rooms was extremely dark, with very limited natural and artificial light. We had paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking, but honestly, it’s not worth the cost. The buffet is very basic and quite overpriced for what you get. If you have the time, I’d recommend having breakfast elsewhere. you’ll spend half as much and enjoy a better meal. The best part of the hotel was the service: all the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist.

Fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay. The front desk workers were so helpful, especially because we don’t speak French. They truly surpassed our expectations. Our room was perfectly clean & comfortable when we arrived and was maintained daily. The decor was lovely. We were able to control temperature/open windows easily. Good storage. Everything we needed was provided & replenished upon use. We loved the location as it was close to the beautiful Arc de Triomphe but on a quiet street. Plenty of restaurants, cafes & stores nearby. We would definitely return again!

I liked this property, this location is excellent easy walking distance to two metro stops, great restaurants nearby and feels safe. So why did I not rate it a 5 across the board. It is a little run down and need a good vacuuming throughout. Also during our stay a ceiling panel in the bathroom fell down hitting my daughter in the head and making quite a mess also revealing mold in the ceiling. Also the bathroom "shower" design is really poor if you want to use the overhead shower instead of the hand held, water goes all over the place.They offered us a free breakfast for our trouble which we did not take so we do not know how the food is. This place definitely has great potential with just a few fixes

Por vários dias o quarto não foi limpo. Tivemos q pedir, mas mesmo assim em um dia ele não foi limpo, porque não havia mais equipe no local. Quando era limpo, deixavam copos e utensílios sujos dentro do quarto. O café é razoável, mas a funcionária é extremamente solícita, assim como os recepcionistas. O ar condicionado não funcionou em nenhum momento. Fica, por fim, o registro que sumiram dois itens do quarto. Não podemos acusar ninguém, mas tais objetos não foram encontrados até o final da estadia.

Excellent property in the 16th arrondissement, easy access to l’arc de triomphe, métros, buses, trams, porte maillot, la défense, etc. Breakfast buffet is good has limited options. Bakery on the corner and laundromat too. Excellent value for money.
