Staff was excellent and helpful. Ideal location. Walkable to all the major attractions and restaurants. It’s a several century old building but with very clean, modernized rooms, Our room, on the top floor, was quite small but it worked well for a clean, safe place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. A note about the property. It is an old building so there are just stairs (That did not affect us but would affect others who have mobility issues). Our stay was fantastic and would highly recommended.

Clean room. Very small and challenging for a tall person. Steep stairs must be climbed even to get to the lift. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Great location.

Well located property, rooms are very small, staircase is also very tight. They make you leave the key at the front desk, it’s very inconvenient.

LOVED our stay here! There's not a very big sign outside to find the hotel, but once we did, we found this place convenient, clean and big enough for our needs as a couple. The front desk, isn't really a front desk, but a desk at the top of the first set of spiral steps from the street, that's off to the side of the landing. The people at the desk each day were super friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home....much more so than larger hotels. The room itself was the upgraded standard that had everything we needed. The bathroom was adequate in size, but know that the water pressure is pretty low (just something to keep in mind). The stairs to each floor are narrow spiral steps, but there is a lift to the higher floors. We would stay here again because it was budget friendly, close to pretty much everything, and was clean and comfortable!

Hotel was clean and the bathroom was updated, bet was comfortable - but it is a rabbit warren of a building, elevator only starts in the 1st floor so you have to haul bags up from street level. This is not a place for anyone with any mobility issues. Staff were pleasant, but at the price point of this hotel I would try something different for my next visit.

The location is excellent, the amenities (stairs and elevator) are truly a lawsuit waiting to happen. Super dangerous to have the tiny elevator accesible from the tiny stairs. If you have luggage, impossible! Wouldn’t go back

This property is older - from the 1700s, so they do the best they can with the limitations of what can be changed on the hotel since its historic. The staff are the friendliest ever! Would recommend skipping breakfast in favor of a cafe. Laundromat in walking distance. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Can't beat the location, across street from Louvre.

We had a lovely stay. Pretty unbeatable location, and the hotel had so much charm. Beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable and allowed us to adjust to the time difference easily. We did have some troubles with the AC, but otherwise great

This felt like a "boutique hotel". There was a person at the desk at all times, and each one was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was fabulous. Luggage had to be carried up and down a couple flights of stairs, but their staff helped. The room was comfortable even though a bit small. There was a lot of traffic and tourist noise at times. However, I was glad we chose to stay here for our first trip to Paris because I felt like we got a true European experience.

This is a great hotel for the price and location. Yes, the stairs are small, but a small price to pay for where you are.
