Great Customer Service

It’s a good hotel but 4 stars according to me no. The rooms are a bit small, the beds are really small 140x190cm nowadays especially for a 4 stars… I am also a bit puzzled by the Expedia ratings far too high for me. A special mention to the staff they are all super polite, helpful and smiling.

Everything was great and as advertised. The parking garage situation is very tight, but it works. We had a Citroen sedan and I wouldn’t try to park anything bigger than that. It was maxed out! I think this is pretty standard for Paris though.

I have stayed here at least a dozen times and it feels like ny home away from home when I arrive in Paris . The petit déjeuner is wonderful but it is the staff who really make the hotel so warm and welcoming .

We had a wonderful experience checking into this hotel, the staff was excellent- spoke English, very kind, gave good local recommendations and resources, and had upgraded us, to a lovely little suite with a balcony overlooking the area. The rooms were small and basic but clean, the towels and water had a strange smell, but otherwise it’s been a good experience.

Relaxed neighbourhood.

Great hotel and excellent location. The 12th district is lovely in that you are close enough to everything you need, but in a more quiet and touristy area. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. We didn't stay for long, but everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling through Gare de Lyon.

Vi bodde 3 nätter här. Det bästa är läget, precis bredvid Metro med snabb åtkomst ( 30 min med Metro) till turistattraktioner såsom, Eiffeltornet, Notre dame, triumfbågen, Sacre Ceur, , promenad längs Seine mm. Vi åkte RER Tåg till slottet i Versaille ( 50 min) Personalen är fantastiskt vänliga, lyhörda, rummen rena o mycket sköna sängar. Frukosten var välsmakande o god. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hotel!
