Nothing glamorous but 24 hour friendly staff, earplugs provided to combat noise from the Metro (above ground, and very conveniently close). For a couple of nights on a budget this was a good choice

The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. A air amount of noise from the street. Close to Metro lines and Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Excellent service from the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good for transportation, food, access to international train station. I do not speak Frensh but the staff tried to make me feel comfortable.

We found the staff helpful and pleasant. Hotel reception is open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was okay. But the bathroom smelt of sewerage, the mirror nearly fell off it's mounting and the soap supplied was not enough at all. There were suspicious signs of bedbugs. We wouldn't stay there again.

Clean room & very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend! We had a pleasant stay and didn’t find it at all noisy. They have a lift on the first floor which is incredibly helpful. Only slight downside, WiFi isn’t the best so better to have your own data and our room didn’t lock from the inside, however we had enough furniture around to barricade the door…

It was located in a terrible part of the town. Tent cities and homeless people. Right across from subway, but not walking distance to anywhere. Didn’t feel safe there. Beds were soft and clean and had hot shower.

Simple,no frills budget room. Clean, maintained properly. Comfortable beds, sheets and pillows. A small fan is provided, but I only had need for it a couple nights of my stay. Very convenient location, right of the metro 2 jaures stop. And within 5 mins walk to other stations/lines Quite lively neighborhood with plenty of local cafes

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, on a solo trip. The area around the hotel is not the best, a lot of homelessness in the area. I made an effort not to be outside in the dark because of this. It’s very loud with the train outside as well as constant sirens, thankfully I brought my sound machine and earplugs so I was able to get some sleep. The hotel room is pretty basic. There’s no fridge, microwave or kettle. They do replace the towels daily. I give it 3/5

As fotos enganam. O hotel não possui ar condicionado e faz um calor terrível. Muito barulhento o local e não tem como fechar a janela/porta da área técnica se não morre de calor. O kit de boas vindas do hotel é uma máscara tapa olho e protetor auricular, dai você já tira quanto barulhento e claro é o lugar. Aluguei o quarto com sacada (paguei mais caro por isso) e parece mais uma área técnica. Devia ter no máximo 50 cm de largura e dava de frente pros demais quartos do hotel, sem privacidade alguma. O quarto com aspecto de bem velho e carpete bem acabado. As cobertas da época da minha avó... O elevador só entra duas pessoas e sem bagagem por causa do peso e mesmo assim sentia que ia parar no meio do caminho. O café da manhã se você quiser pagar precisa avisar no dia anterior. Você não pode levar a chave do seu quarto, precisa deixar na recepção toda as vezes que sair. De ponto positivo apenas estar em frente a estação de trem Jaurés.

Chambre horrible avec trou de cigarettes dans les draps, moisissures au plafond et dans la salle de bain, volet ne fonctionnant pas, plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre. Aucun remboursement possible et aucune autre chambre proposée, nous sommes donc parti car ce logement était tout simplement horrible et tout simplement sans aucune hygiène
