全体的な評価は立地も良く、おしゃれで清潔なホテルで満足です。ただ、バスルームにカーテンが無いため、洗面所の床が水浸しになってしまいました。

Great location. Very clean rooms. Staff were very helpfully. They answered all my questions before our trip even started. Provided great information, recommended restaurants and the best route from the airport . I would recommend this hotel and stay here again on our next visit to Paris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely small hotel in an excellent safe location for exploring the city! Close to Champs Elysees and 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Lots of lovely restaurants in the area. The hotel is well appointed with L’Occitaine products, plush robes, and more. The staff is far above the norm. Special thanks to Joshua at the front desk who is so helpful and knowledgeable! We did book a superior room and could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. Highly recommend Hotel Bassano.

It is conveniently located near the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, making it easy to get anywhere. Although the hotel is compact, it is well-equipped; the environment is quiet and pleasant, and the staff provided excellent service.

Our 4 night stay at Hotel Bassano was amazing. The location was excellent for walking to the Eiffel Tower, Champs Élysées, restaurants and subways and buses. Joshua was very helpful with suggestions of restaurants and even made a reservation for us in a safe area when there were ongoing protests in some parts of the city. Antoine was a lifesaver the morning we were leaving. Our booked taxi didn’t pick us up (we later found out it was due to a car accident ) so Antoine called another company for us and we made it to the airport in time). We later found out that the other taxi driver was ok so it all ended well.

We like smaller boutique style hotels and the 4 star Hotel Bassano definitely fit our needs. We were a group, 3 couples. The rooms were clean, the bathroom amenities l'Ocitaine were lovely. It is in a safe area about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomph and Champ Elysee and less than half hour to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was great. Joshua was friendly and extremely helpful from check in, to helping with restaurant suggestions or directions. Antoin was also very friendly and especially helpful on check out (got a taxi ordered quickly for our trip to the airport when due to an unfortunate motor vehicle accident our transfer didn't arrive. We are thankful that that driver is okay which we found out later). The others were also helpful but we didn't find out their names unfortunately. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will tell our travel agent 😀
