The front door of this 79 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, ideal for a medium-term stay.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing.

The dining area features a table for up to four guests, ideal for sharing meals.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). A washing machine is also available.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200), while the second bedroom has a bunk bed (2 single beds). The third pull-out double bed is in the study, which is perfect for those who work remotely. All beds are carefully made up with hotel-quality linen.

The bathroom has a washbasin, large mirror and shower. The toilet is separate.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

The apartment also offers the rare advantage of a private, fully enclosed and secure parking space, allowing you to park your car, bicycle, or scooter safely and free of charge, ensuring comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.

The Villette district, in Paris's 19th arrondissement, is famous for its eponymous park, one of the city's largest. Discover the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, a fascinating interactive museum, and the Géode, an IMAX cinema with spectacular projections. Stroll along the Canal de l'Ourcq and explore the many green spaces and themed gardens of the Parc de la Villette. Don't miss the Conservatoire de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where many talented musicians are trained. With its cultural events, open-air concerts and family activities, La Villette is a dynamic place where nature and culture meet in Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station is Jaurès (lines 2, 5 and 7B), a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

CDG and Orly airports are about 35 minutes away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
