良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス
パリ東駅・北駅に近く、極めて利便性が高い上に朝食までついて破格だったため、予約・決済しましたが、その後トコジラミが出たという口コミを見て後悔しました。しかし、私が宿泊した部屋は改装されており、トコジラミはまったく出ませんでした。朝食も充実しており、結果的にこのホテルに宿泊してよかったです。 ただ、最初の2日間ほどはシャワーがぬるま湯しか出ませんでした。また、旧式の扇風機は音がうるさく、もう1台のタワー型は故障しており、使い物になりませんでした。そして、Wi-Fiが利用できなかったのは非常に不便でした。

Do not stay in this hotel. It should not have any stars, the were bed bugs and after filing a complaint they only order a change of sheets, there is no internet and after requesting a solution they providente the password that worked only at the entrance. I normally do not complain but I just have to Dod it now and I sugestivo Expedia to take out this hotel from its lists and sugest that if someone is considering staying there DONT DO IT. The hotel is extremely overrated and it is not worth $ 30 a night. Do not ruin your visit to París and get the trouble of getting bed bugs with you.

The location was very good, as it was close to two main train stations, making it convenient for getting around. The majority of the staff were also helpful and friendly. However, on our first night, we encountered a new member of staff who was unable to assist us with our queries, explaining that it was his first night. We understand that everyone has to start somewhere, but we would have appreciated a little more assistance at the time.

Dans l'ensemble la chambre etait propre, par contre a la salle de bain, il n'y avait qu'une parroie de douche, la tablette du lavabo etait descellée, une fuite a la chasse d'eau des wc. The website offers WIFI, but there were no WIFI in any of the rooms (2nd and 4th levels) and even downstairs (none in the breakfast room) and it was sporadic and dropping you every five minutes even if you stayed by the reception desk. Hotellet ligge centralt ved gare de est, men så er alt positiv også sagt. Det er nedslidte værelser, hvor der hulle i væggene og tapetet hænge i flager. Senge er ringe og der er ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Alt i at et meget miserabelt tilbud til en alt for dyr pris i forhold til værelsernes tilstand og ringe rengøring. Det kan absolut ikke an anbefales.

La chambre etait propre, mais avec taches sur les couvertures des lits. L'internet ne marchait pas du tout dans l'hotel la premiere nuit et ensuite pas dans notre chambre quand le service avait ete retabli. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, mais le bruit dans la rue nous empechait de dormir apres avoir ouvert les fenetres. Par contre, l'hotel est bien situe, etant tout pres de la Gare de l'Est et le metro.

Esse hotel realmente foi uma experiência totalmente inaceitável, quartos IMUNDOS!! Roupa de cama e toalhas sujas, olha nunca fiquei na vida em algo assim. Jamais voltaria ou indicaria para alguem.
