The flat was in a perfect neighborhood. Metro was close and amongst a lot of restaurants/ cafes . Walking distance to Notre Dame, Louvre and Latin quarter ( @least 30 minutes) . Perfect size for what we needed it for . A bit noisy with some construction going on .

Below cafe is open until 2:00 am. Very noisy. Cigarette smoke from downstairs cafe can be smelled in the apartment. There are ants in the apartment. Place needs deep cleaning and new bath towels. Central location and host is highly responsive.

The space was small, but very comfortable and in an excellent, walkable location with transit very nearby. We appreciated having a kitchen and laundry in the apartment. The apartment is above a bar/cafe, but we weren’t bothered and really enjoyed the liveliness and vibrancy of the neighborhood!

The biggest pro for the property is it's location. It is situated very close to Metro station, there are lots of restaurants nearby and 15 mins walk from Louvre museum. Apartment is decent sized for a couple, small for a family. Appliances work as expected. Bathroom is bit small, but manageable. List of cons is bit long. 1. Cleanliness was a concern, as there were ants everywhere in the house. 2. We were on the 2nd floor and there are not lifts and stairs are very narrow and steep. Getting up and down with luggage was a big hassle. 3. There is a restaurant right under the rooms. Restaurant is open till 2 am and there are always folks smoking and making noise till late. Also, cigarette smoke comes right in the house. We had a 8 year old with us, so it was absolutely not healthy and safe to have smoke coming into the house every evening.

The apartment’s location is perfect—close to everything, with nearby nightlife, yet still safe. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, open almost any time. The apartment itself is in excellent condition: spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The check-in instructions were clear, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay feel even warmer.

Superb location. Walkable and yet not throngs of tourists - felt authentic. Excellent communication from the apart-hotel team. It’s located over a lively brasserie, so there is some noise - but it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Great location, convenient to walk to many famous attractions. A lot of good restaurants nearby, but the only downside is that on weekend, the restaurant right below the property can get very loud until 2am. Also beware that the hot water tank may stop working randomly and you will be left without hot water unless you restart the tank. The bed can also get very hot due to the polyester sheet they use, so I think it's actually more comfortable during summer with the AC on than during winter with the heater on.

"The photos are very well done, but the space was much smaller than I imagined. In the bedroom, the bed takes up the entire room, leaving no space to walk around it. The bathroom is also tiny; you have to be extremely careful not to bump into the shower controls with your body while washing, as you can easily get burned—a difficult task given how cramped it is. I wouldn't recommend it for four people; two guests might have a better experience. The unit is well-equipped with great amenities (laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, etc.), and the linens are high quality. However, the apartment and the building need some 'TLC.' The stairs, walls, and furniture show significant wear and tear. The location is excellent, safe, and picturesque. I’d summarize the experience as staying in a motorhome parked in the best possible location."

Residence Louvre is a great property close to the Louvre, the Latin Quarter and has great little cafes right outside the apartment building. It was very clean and even though its tiny 4 adults stayed there easily and the pullout couch was actually very comfortable. The shower water was always - not an easy feat with 4 adults showering. The communication and actual property mamager to meet uswhen we arrived was very appreciated. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a clean hotel in a great location. The room itself is small, but that is not unexpected for Paris. The unit is furnished quite practically. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable. The hotel is close to metro stops, restaurants, grocery stores and even shopping, you won't find a more convenient location. The bathroom is very small though, and the shower stall is tiny by North American standards. Nonetheless it was adequate and I have no issue putting up with a small bathroom in order to get a great hotel location.

The location is very convenient to shops and transportation. The apartment is above restaurants and it gets noisy until after midnight. The living spaces are very tight. The shower is the smaller than you can imagine.

This is a good basic hotel. You must be prepared to climb spiral stairs because there is no elevator. I must say that the hotel was very accommodating, in that my knee, suddenly and without any prior issue, started bothering me right before our scheduled stay, and, with just days to spare, I asked about alternate accommodations. Luckily there was availability and the management quickly offered to switch our reservation from the second floor to the first floor. We happily accepted. They are very prompt in replying to email questions. There is no hotel “desk” so there is no concierge to answer questions or to make reservations. We stayed there during the European heat dome torture. There is no air conditioning (to be fair, the only air conditioning we found was in the museums), but there were fans and an open window. Our last couple of days were back-to-normal temperatures and the rooms were cooled by the night air. There is lots of closet shelf space in two different rooms. There are hangers in the closet. There is a small fridge, with a small freezer, and dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. We didn’t use the stove top or the small appliances. We did use the microwave and hair dryer; they worked as expected. The bathroom is small but there are two other larger mirrors in different areas. There are two double beds (one is a pull out sofa) in two different rooms. This is basic, adequate accommodation, at a reasonable price, for four people.

Its location is close to a variety of cafe, bistro, boulangerie patisserie, bars, restaurants, shopping and convenient grocery stores. It is also close to Metro and bus locations. Walking distance to Louvre, River Seine, National Library and many sightseeing places. Owner and his staff, very friendly and easy to communicate by Whatsapp, thoughtfully provided us a small box of almond chocolates, a city guide, and a Tote bag. Suite 3A worked well for three of us. It does not have AC and no elevator. Weather in late May in Paris -- no AC needed. The party noises late at night was fine with us as well.

The room served its purpose....a place to lay your head. The communication with the hotel was good and the check in and check out was easy. As mentioned in other reviews, the place is very small. We had 4 in our party but I would only recommend this place for 2 peoole based on the size. There is no air conditioning so yiu may want to consider that for the summer months. There no elevators so that should be taken into consideration fkr those with heavy or lots of luggage or mobility issues. The room had a small washer/dryer and small kitchen which was nice. The location was near a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a 5min walk to the subeay.

We stayed at this apartment in Paris. It was very clean and the location was excellent—just about a 12 to 15-minute walk to the Louvre. The surrounding streets were chic, with plenty of shops and everything within reach. However, there were a few downsides. They advertised air conditioning, but there were only two fans. Luckily, the weather wasn’t too hot. The apartment was smaller than it looked in the photos and not really suitable for four people. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Another issue was the noise from a club downstairs, especially on weekends, with noise lasting until 4 or 5 a.m. Also, there's no lift, so keep that in mind. On the bright side, communication with the host was great—they responded quickly to messages. Overall, fantastic location and cleanliness, but some drawbacks with the size, noise, and lack of real air conditioning.

This property is not nice. The bathroom is no bigger than a broom closet, the apartment is much smaller than is represented online, it was hotter inside than it was outside, and there were cockroaches. The only positive was the location. You can find much much nicer accommodations in Paris for this price. They are grossly overcharging for what you get!!
