Dit appartement ligt op slechts 140 meter van het station Pierre en Marie Curie, waardoor het heel gemakkelijk is om je te verplaatsen. De buurt is rustig, veilig en goed onderhouden. De appartementen zelf zijn gloednieuw, wat een groot pluspunt is. Er was een klein minpuntje, namelijk de vloer die een beetje vies was, maar de gastheer bood zijn excuses aan en bood aan om het schoon te maken. Ik besloot zelf te stofzuigen, maar dat bleek geen probleem. De badkamer was brandschoon en het linnengoed en de handdoeken waren fris en wit. Alles wat je nodig hebt qua servies en apparaten is aanwezig en werkt goed. De instructies voor het ophalen van de sleutel waren duidelijk, maar let op: laat de sleutel niet in het appartement achter als je de deur sluit! De gastheer reageerde snel op alle vragen en was erg beleefd. Er is genoeg ruimte voor een kleine groep van 2-4 personen en er was altijd warm water beschikbaar. Alle meubels en apparaten zijn nieuw, wat het comfort vergroot. Er zaten wat vlekken op de muren van eerdere gasten, maar dat stoorde me helemaal niet. Ik raad ten zeerste aan om een taxi te nemen van en naar de luchthaven.
