Amazing stay

My husband and I and 4 teen kids stayed here. It was the best location and so spacious with 4 bedrooms. It was clean, easy to check in, and when we had a few questions they communicated with us clearly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Super close to Gare du Nord

Large clean apartment just steps to Gare du Nord train station. Lots of shops, restaurants, and bars close by. The neighborhood is a little seedy but the location is great if you need proximity to the train station. Great check-in and communication process. Would stay again.

Gay Pari in Style

The apartment is nicely appointed and comfortable to stay in. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very workable. It’s quiet and pleasant. The neighborhood is typical Paris with plenty of shopping and restaurants and safe. My main complaint is the key hand over when you arrive. Know that no one will be there to welcome you and transact the key passing or show you where the apartment is in the complex. There are three codes to have in order to enter the apartment and having them hinges on paying the arrival deposit. The ‘digital key” is not activated until you pay the deposit on site. Once in everything is fine.

Great bedrooms, not for hanging out

We were a group of 7 and the property fit us well for sleeping. The beds are all comfortable and the ensuite bath in the master was convenient. Everything was clean and well decorated. Things to know: --you must download an app in order to obtain the codes for all 3 doors to get into the unit. Be sure to do this prior to arrival so you're not standing on the street figuring it out! --there are stairs leading up to the apartment however the only rooms on that entry level floor are one bedroom and the small living room. The rest of the rooms are back downstairs within the apartment --we were hoping for an area that we could all hang out in the evenings however the only space that was large enough to seat all of us was the kitchen table which isn't great for relaxing or watching a movie together and it is completely separate from the living area. The only lounge space is upstairs, off the master bedroom, and has enough seating for 3-4 people comfortably. --location is convenient to the metro (about 2 blocks to the Gare de Nord station) and restaurants, however not in walking distance to any attractions. Every attraction (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Catacombs, etc) are all at least a 20 min train ride. All in all, the place was fine for what we needed.

Tolles Appartement zentral gelegen

Wir hatten ein super schönes Wochenende in Paris, das Appartement ist top ausgestattet sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es liegt mega zentral am Gare de Nord und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Trotz der Lage am Bahnhof haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Man kann alle Punkte der Stadt einfach mit der Metro erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
