  • Welcome to our bright and cozy studio of 14 m2, set on a roof in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. It has just been completely renovated. We are on the 3rd floor without elevator.<br><br>The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located close to the dynamic Belleville district, Jourdain, the Père Lachaise cemetery, Ménilmontant/Oberkampf and the many cafes, bars and restaurants of Gambetta.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The accommodations are fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay in Paris. It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the locals' favorite places. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses;)<br><br>You will sleep in a very comfortable double bed (140 x 190) that goes up to the ceiling to let you fully enjoy the stay. You have to climb on it with a foot function.<br><br>The studio is very popular with travelers for its brightness, its character and its design. It is placed on a roof (forbidden access) and therefore set back from the street for a quiet stay.<br><br>You will find: iron, mini ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine.<br><br>[Air conditioning info: from August 18, 2026 we offer you a mobile air conditioner in the event of a heat wave or heat wave. As the device is bulky, it is not automatically in the studio ;)]<br><br><br>>>The 20th arrondissement is the heart of vibrating Paris!<br><br>The studio area is lively, popular and friendly. You can reach Gambetta on foot in about ten minutes for a movie and a drink. But also its excellent little shops so Parisan!<br><br>Above all, you can easily go to Ménilmontant by bus 96 (4 stations) to enjoy the lively life of the rue Oberkampf.<br><br>Looking for a more picturesque area? Don't miss "The countryside in Paris" less than 10 minutes walk away or the adorable Jourdain district and its food shops.<br><br>The main tourist attraction of the arrondissement is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.<br><br>You can also reach the heart of Paris (Châtelet - Hôtel de ville) in less than 20 minutes door to door with line 11.<br><br>You will find a Carrefour Market 10 meters in front of the building (open until 11 p.m.) - Pharmacie Saint-Fargeau 80 meters away.<br><br>For dinner, the sushi 10 meters from the studio is delicious and the restaurant "Chéri Chéri" will revive the most demanding taste buds. Well designed tiny apartment

The apartment was accurately described and perfectly designed. The location was convenient and quiet but next to vibrant areas. Estelle was very friendly and communicative as a host.

I had a lovely time during my visit to Paris. For such a small apartment, it’s been set up quite well. Estelle was lovely and communicative and even sent videos to show how everything worked. For accessibility purposes, it’s on the third floor of the building and the bed is up a small stepladder.

Super clean, and communication with my hostess was top level. The place was a little bit tricky to find, for whatever reason Google maps put me nearby but not on the main street, so keep that in mind. Once you’re there it’s the door inside on the right, that took me a couple tries, and when you’re leaving, there’s a button to buzz yourself out. I’m not accustomed to that system so I didn’t know to look for a button. I like doing some basic cooking when I’m traveling and there were enough supplies for me to do that. The bed is super interesting, it goes up to create living space and then comes down when it’s sleeping time. It was close to two metro stops. It felt comfortable and safe.

Estelle and her husband are very nice people and helpful. The location was very good. Only 2-3 mins away from the nearest metro station.Two large supermarkets and at least 4 boulangerie near by and nice restaurants. The only problem was the bed. The bed was located on the ceilings. I had to pull down the bed when use. The bed stays about 1m above the floor level, so I had to use steps to climb on the bed. While the bed was down, I couldn’t use closet since it blocks the closet door and access to the kitchen was difficult. You have to go under the bed.They sent me a video how to use the bed the day before the arrival. If I had known about the bed, I could have a second thought.There was a TV in the room but often had problem to watch TV. I wonder if it was because it was internet TV and had problems with connection lots. In fact, I found difficulty to use WiFi sometimes. I also wondered about the cleaning fee which Virgo charges automatically for long stay. I was expected some cleaning service but there was none while my 12 days stay. If you don’t mind about the bed, it is a nice place and the price was good.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der kleinen Wohnung. Es war sauber und die Gastgeberin super freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und eine Metrostation von der man gut ins Zentrum kommt:)

Estelle nous bien communiqué clairement les consignes pour arriver à son appartement. C’est une personne bienveillante avec ses hôtes . L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Seul bémol le fait que dès que l’on baisse le lit on a plus accès à la cuisine, mais du à la surface de celui ci ne peux pas faire de miracle.

Estelle war total nett, hat alles ausführlich erklärt und ist auf jede Frage eingegangen. Sogar nach der Abreise durften wir unser Gepäck noch dort lassen, was wirklich sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Zwar klein, aber fein – man hat alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Anbindungen im die Innenstadt sind auch super.

Kleines aber feines Studio mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Die Lage war sehr gut, mit genügend Restaurants, Supermärkten, Bäckereien, etc in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die Metro war auch angenehm zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Estelle. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig, fußläufig gibt es Bäckereien und Restaurants, die Anbindung ins Zentrum ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Estelle lief perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Au premier coup d'œil, on voit que les propriétaires ont mis le prix dans des matériaux et équipements de qualité : lit, cabine de douche, wc, plaque cuisson, vaisselle, hotte, porte très sécurisée.... etc, etc..... Malgré la taille réduite de la surface tout y est. J'ai hâte d'y revenir....

séjour de 3 jours à Paris

Merci à Estelle pour son accueil. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé et bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Très pratique d'avoir Carrefour City et Picard en face de l'immeuble. Métro et bus à 100 m. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. On reviendra.

Séjour d'un mois parfait

Le séjour chez Estelle était parfait. Le studio est petit mais tellement bien agencé que je ne m'y suis absolument pas sentie à l'étroit pendant un mois. C'est propre, tout s'y trouve et Estelle est aux petits soins. La communication était au top, en cas de besoin Estelle répondait dans l'heure. J'ai beaucoup appréciée ce séjour dans ce studio bien situé et mignon comme tout. Merci beaucoup à Estelle et Frédéric pour tout, je reviendrai avec plaisir et sans hésitation !
