Take advantage of this magnificent half-timbered house in the centre of town, just 5 minutes' walk from the RER station.
You can reach the centre of Paris in 25 minutes and La Défense in 20 minutes.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people.
It is very well equipped, with a terrace and a small courtyard.
It's the ideal place to visit Paris and the surrounding region, or for a business trip.

This large house will delight you with its unique style and is fully equipped to welcome you in the best conditions.
It is laid out as follows:
- Ground floor:
You enter through the small courtyard which gives access to the entrance hall where you will appreciate the quality and detail of the finish of this house.
To the right is a first bedroom with a large, comfortable 160 cm wide sofa bed, a small desk and storage space.
To the left of the entrance is the living area with a beautiful lounge and dining room with table, chairs and sideboard for up to 8 people.
Next to the dining room is a full-length, fully-equipped kitchen.
In the entrance hall to the right is a toilet area with a washbasin.
- Basement:
A spiral staircase on the living room side takes you down to the basement, where there is a TV room so that the younger guests can watch TV without disturbing the older ones, who may want to spend some quality time together upstairs.
At the end of the basement is the laundry room, where you'll find a range of sports equipment.

- 1st floor:
2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm wide), bedside tables, desks, wardrobes and dressing room.
A large bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, double washbasin unit and heated towel rail will provide you with a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing or work.
One of the special features of this house is its small winter garden and its terrace equipped with 4 large armchairs and a garden table to enjoy the sun in any season.
- The 2nd floor:
On the top floor there is a bedroom with a single bed, storage space and a study. A second bedroom with a pull-out single bed for a second person, storage area and desk.
The bathroom is smaller than on the first floor, with a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
As you can see, this large house has been arranged and equipped in the best possible way to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.

Nice and big house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to RER A and grocery stores. Appreciated being able to come in early after last minute travel plan changes.Air conditioning, clothes dryer and keypad access would have been great.
