WE HAD A MOUSE RUNNING IN THE APARTMENTIt was an absolute nightmare: bedsheets were heavily used with a stain, and there were no curtains or privacy. The towels were dirty with large stains. I contacted the platform, and the VRBO teams said this was the situation even with a mouse running in the apartment; a refund had to be approved by the host, who is a greedy, unreasonable, and irresponsible person who did not support us or come to check anything. That host took our money, and we didn't stay more than one night. When we saw the animal in the morning, we left by all means. For your health and your family's well-being, do not stay in this place. There is no air-conditioning is just a stupid fan and one electric heater that they would put for winter so again be aware of this scam. Closet was full of junk of their cleaning staff and it was unuseable
