After a 5-minutes walk, you will get to the Seine and enjoy the Parc Rives de Seine, a new Parisian area designed for pedestrians and cyclists, that allows you to cross the city on foot. Great property, lacking the little touches

You can't beat the location. The view was as advertised too and the balcony and center garden were great added features. The other reviews are on par as to the small details lacking. The place could really use a whole wipe down. It was quite grotty. Being provided only two bath towels, a dish towel and a floor towel for an 8 day stay is unsatisfactory. When I asked for more, I was told there would be a 40 euro charge which is ubsurd! We also had issues with check-in and no one came to greet us. Nothing was explained and it took days to receive responses to our inquiries, which left us frustrated. Clearer information as to what basics are included would have helped, like having to supply our own toilet paper. All in all, the place was comfortable. The furniture and place was a little worn down, but was spacious and had a modern flare. We enjoyed our stay, despite the nuances we had along the way.

Appartement bien situé. À l'arrivée, le banc de toilette et la vaisselle/ustensiles étaient sales. Le lave-vaisselle ne lavait pas bien. Selon nous, un tapis de bain, des linges à vaisselle et des essuies-tout (sopalin) pourraient être fournis. Malgré tout, on a trouvé l'appartement lumineux, calme et facile à ventiler. On a adoré le balcon. On a aussi apprécié le fait d'avoir pu repousser l'heure de notre départ.

Les Plus . Localisation parfaite pour visiter. 20 mins à pieds de la tour Eiffel. Litterie de la chambre principale excellente. La vue. Moins. PROPRETÉ poussiere, lavabo salle de bain bouché, vitres sales, plaintes sales....Pas de pastilles lave vaisselle sur place, pas de verres à vin...une télé sur 2 qui ne fonctione pas....donc pour le prix demandé vraiment pas top.
