This beautiful apartment is located on rue des Cottages, on the first floor without elevator of a quiet, charming courtyard.



As soon as you enter, you'll discover a pleasant, light-filled living room, designed to offer comfort and conviviality.

The warm living room features a quality sofa bed, and a connected TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in Paris.

The modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen lets you cook just like at home. It is accompanied by a convivial dining area, perfect for welcoming up to four people for a good meal.



The first bedroom, on the lower level, features a hotel-quality Queen-size bed and plenty of storage space.

The first bathroom, also downstairs, is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower and WC.
