My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in Paris. After determining that we wanted to stay in St. Germain des Prés, we found this apartment and it didn't disappoint. The description is accurate, but I'd say that the photos don't do it justice - it's even nicer than it looks (I also loved the artwork!). It is a cozy, yet large space, quiet as can be, with all of the modern conveniences in a building that was constructed in the 17th century. How cool is that? With stone walls and wood beamed ceilings, it transported us to another time, but with amazing WiFi and other modern day conveniences.
Francine was super, responding to our few questions quickly. And, Luzia, the "guardien," was sweet and helpful.
I know other guests have said this, but it's worth repeating, the location cannot be beat. So convenient and close to restaurants/bars, transportation, bakeries, supermarket and so much more. We really felt like locals even if just for one week - magical!
We can't wait to return! Thanks for everything Francine!
