Suite Romy is a 30 m2 apartment. It has been designed to offer comfortable accommodation for 4 people and has been renovated by an architect to a high standard. The property is located on the 1st floor of a secure building without a lift.

Rue Saint-Denis, where the apartment is located, was once a hotbed of Parisian prostitution. There are still a few prostitutes around, and you may notice vestiges of this history. Today, however, the area is best known for its lively, bustling atmosphere, while remaining a safe neighborhood.

The layout is as follows:
- Large, welcoming designer living room with 1 sofa bed, smart TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Cosy master bedroom with king-size bed.
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- WC in the bathroom

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
