Any keys lost or forgotten between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.

We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

Any key loss or misplacement between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be subject to an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

If an item is found and the guest requests that it be shipped, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping costs.
