"Although the inside of the apartment was clean and lovely, our first impression was made because of a dirty, sticky terrace with dirty chairs, full of ants. The kitchen misses a lot of necessary utensils like a sharp knife, a bread knife,... It also didn't help we saw a rat running around the property and on our terrace. The view from outside was great, we saw the sea but also had a view of 4 large bins. The garden with the orange trees could have been more appealing if there weren't so many...

"We loved our stay at Hibiscus with our 1yr old son. The lovely team gave us a travel cot, toys for our son and the animals (chickens, ducks, dog) were a hit with him! It walkable (even shorter drive with easy parking) to the beach, easy walk to town. We only wished it had a pool and it would have been even better but that’s our personal preference not an issue with the property. Would highly recommend staying here. Staff are so lovely"

"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."
