「とても綺麗なホテルです。 広々としたお部屋で快適です。 ホテルの方も丁寧で優しい方でした。 駅からは少し遠いので水上タクシーを利用するのが良いです。」

「Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!」

「フロントらしきものはなく、ホテルの玄関も住宅のようでよくわからなかった。部屋は相当古くめっちゃ広いけど、こんなに古く広い部屋は不必要と言う感じです。 ロケーションは良いですが、水上タクシーで向かうと離れたとこで降ろされ大きなスーツケースを持って移動しなきゃいけません。Google マップがあったのでやっとたどり着きました。外出して戻るとホテル玄関にロックされたドアがあり開け方がわからず呼び出しました。とにかくフロンテニール管理人みたいな人がとても不親切で困りました。」

「近くに食料品店やレストランもあり、便利だったと思います。部屋のすぐ近くに早朝からやっているカフェがあり、そちらも便利でした。サンマルコ広場へは歩いて15分くらいで朝の散歩にもちょうど良いです。貸し部屋なので、滞在中はスタッフと会うことは一切ありません。スタッフとのやりとりはwhat’s up を使うとスムーズで便利です。いろいろと相談もできるので良いと思います。部屋も２つの部屋があり、広々としていて良かったです。」
