"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. "Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly! "
