In a gloriously private position, this three bedroom, three bathroom villa sits on a flat, enclosed plot only 10 minutes walk from the lovely village of Parcent.

The villa is very light and bright with a nice lay-out and is all on one level. Good size open plan living/dining room, master bedroom and family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace with extensive vistas over the countryside and beyond to the mountains. There are two further bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and their own access.

To the outside there is a fabulous swimming pool, with Roman steps and terraces to enjoy lazy summer days. Also to offer shade from the sun is a covered private terrace perfect for alfresco dining over looking the pool and garden.

The property enjoys complete privacy yet still within a stones throw of the pretty Spanish pueblo of Parcent with some excellent restaurants and bars. The villa can be made fully secure and dog proof by locking the main gates. The master bedroom is in the main living area but, whilst connected to the villa, the other two bedrooms have their own access so some parents may feel that the villa is not suitable for younger children.

We only allow lettings of three months or more and the villa has good indoor heating (including a wood burner) so is perfect for winter lets.
