No good if you had EV

Very small room and single beds are narrower than normal single bed, but they were comfortable. The breakfast was limited.... The Aircon was broken and did not work... Worst thing was out of all the car charging stations only one was working. Some people with an EV had to leave to look for chargers elsewhere.

room stank of cigarette smoke

I find it very selfish and disrespectful for people who do not respect the rules of the establishment and smoke in the room. The room was full of cigarette smell, the curtains stank, the bedding and everything else. Fortunately the receptionist changed the room for us, but even so the other room also had a cigarette smell. it was a very committed stay.

Accueil à distance avec informatique en panne pour délivrer le pass d’entrée! L’interlocuteur en ligne dépassé par le VF nombre d’appels… à distance… Une réceptionniste présente à certaines heures, qui essaye de faire au mieux avec le sourire, mais qui ne peut suppléer à l’inorganisation. Chambre mal nettoyée et mauvaise odeur (tabagisme?…) avec une Clim très et trop bruyante… Bref à éviter!

Bon hôtel avec un service à améliorer.

Bien reçu a l accueil. Hotel bien placé. Surpris qu il a plus de serviette pour s essuier les mains mais uniquement des serviettes de bain. Petit déjeuner un peu cher au vue de la prestation.

le séjour était au passage sur la région, l'hôtel est propre et bien situé par rapport de la ville; la ville est accessible à pied 20-30 minutes; il y a un restaurant à coté; l'endroit est calme.

Avis de notre séjour.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Nous avons eu un léger problème quand nous sommes revenu à l’hôtel pour entrer car la porte était fermée, on ne nous avait pas expliqué qu’il fallait mettre le code de notre chambre pour que la porte s’ouvre. Après de multiples tentatives, nous y sommes arrivés. La chambre était très bien, le lit aussi, par contre la douche n’était pas pratique car il n’y a pas de bac de récupération d’eau, du coup, quand on prend la douche, toute la salle de bain est inondée. De plus la pomme de douche est trop grosse, et elle fuit. Les joints de la salle de bain mériteraient un bon coup de nettoyage car ils étaient moisis et noirs. Pour le reste, tout était très bien. Nous avons étés très bien accueilli. Nous vous remercions!

Le tarif de cette établissement n'est pas a la hauteur des prestations proposé par rapport à d'autre chaine d'hôtel. On ne vois personne de nuit a l'accueil. Petite pièce pour prendre le petit déjeuner cela manque de couleur malgré cela la chambre est propre .

Déshumanisation du voyage

des problèmes à l'arrivée. Heureusement qu'une femme de chambre qui était sur place a pu nous ouvrir et expliquer comment faire pour entrer. Nous n'avions pas les codes envoyés dans l'après midi sur mon mail, alors que nous étions partis le matin de notre domicile. De plus le système informatique ne fonctionnait pas. A part la femme de chambre, nous n'avons rencontré personne de l'hotel. C'est impersonnel, pas de contact humain. Tout est déshumanisé. Il faudrait penser que le smartphone n'est pas obligatoire pour voyager. Le contact est plus important.
