Living Room and Kitchen:

Upon entering, you will find a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining table is perfect for enjoying a meal with friends, while the comfortable sofa bed offers you space to relax in front of the smart TV. The entire room is spacious and cosy, ideal for relaxing moments.

Terrace:

From the living room you can access a large terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It is the ideal space for sipping a coffee in the morning.

Bedroom:

The master bedroom is a quiet and comfortable corner, air-conditioned to ensure a cool night's rest even during the hottest months. The bed is spacious and the design of the room is designed to make you feel at home.

Bathroom:

The functional bathroom is equipped with a practical shower and all the necessary amenities for your stay, with a classic design that will make you feel pampered.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its facilities during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
