"Staff was very courteous. The bottle painting activity was really good and our daughter enjoyed it a lot. The mini water park was also properly maintained and the slides were great fun! We also had a nice dinner at the woods restaurant and the food there was delicious. Great property overall. "

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The location is very poor, situated in a congested and densely packed area, which made access difficult and unpleasant. The rooms were old, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor. To make things worse, there was a lizard roaming around in the bathroom, which was quite disturbing. Despite booking two AC rooms, one of the rooms did not even have a working air conditioner. Given the condition of both the rooms and the overall environment, we had no choice but to check out immediately and book another hotel in Mahabaleshwar. Unfortunately, the entire booking amount for the two rooms was wasted. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This place deserves every bit of it's mixed reputation! With exclusive access to the beach in the area, they clearly have the advantage. However, the quality of food and the restaurant service lets it down. It is defined not a 4 star, so please temper expectations. The staff is not trained in basic guest management. The restaurant has a lovely area but its not maintained well or kept clean! The food takes ages to arrive and was tepid. The rooms are not quite there either in terms of value for money. While the rustic look was great, the amenities are not worth the money you pay for the room, in our case for sure. The manager was quite responsive to our feedback so if we ever go back, we will know if it was worth it..."
