Good location but old hotel

The room are old and really need to refurbish. Shower are dripping condition and things are broken. Room doesn’t come with fan and you have bear if it is hot and humid. The only + is the room are next to Lake and you have a full access to the lake.

The hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. They help us to book the taxi and prepare breakfast for us before breakfast time. The hotel is located at the good location and beside the Toba lake. There's the amazing lake view from the hotel.

One of the worst hotel I've ever been

The only thing that I enjoyed was the lakeside view. Other than that, everything was bad. The facilities was inadequate, even tissues was not provided by the hotel. The room was small, hardly ventilated and even worse there were unsettled technical issues such as plugs. The only useable plug was found inside the toilet. Just imagine charging phones and tablets inside the toilet. Not a good idea. The staffs were not friendly and helpful just like they need to be. We could hardly sleep at night because of the noisy surrounding by people that were partying all night long.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis dipinggir danau dekat dengan pelabuhan ferry wisata. Kamar mandi kurang nyaman karena terlalu gelap dan air panas mengalirnya lama.

1. Sleep is optional, very loud music were played until 2.30AM by a group of guests. 2. Kids and adults were shouting just outside your room the whole day. 3. Hot (warm) water for shower were between 6-9AM and 6-9 PM only. Did I say warm water? lol. 4. No Air conditioning, not even a fan, just good ventilation, hence the noise from outside is very excessive. For this kind of facilities, I wouldn't stay even if it is free. Room rate were higher than 3 stars hotel in Medan.
