「A very small but nicely decorated cabin…rustic but comfortable. Bed was excellent. Best for outdoor lovers: outdoor kitchen and shower; composting toilet. Short walk to Ligar Bay beach for good swimming. I had a lovely stay.」

「Everything was great. The facilities, staff etc. This is the first motel which had everything you needed, large rubbish tins, salt and pepper, good bedside lights, etc Highly recommended.」

「The house was very clean and tidy with plenty of space inside and outside for a family. It is close to beaches and to Takaka. Although it doesn’t have wifi or TV, there is a screen you can hook a device into and a PS3 with games. The only down side is that the road is a bit noisy at times, but it’s not very busy 」
