Villa Olivine Pearl is a brand new 4 bedroom villa set in a private street just a few minutes walk from the popular resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. You can find the nearest beach, bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. This villa is fully equipped with brand new contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure the ultimate in comfort and relaxation for your self-catering stay.

As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen Tv with satellite channels and free Wifi connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and Pool/bbq/kitchen area outside.

You will also find a twin bedroom with garden access and a separate bathroom with a shower and Wc on this floor.

Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop area for cooking outdoors, covered area with comfortable outside sofas, sun loungers and large private pool with steps.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining stylish three bedrooms, two are twin bedrooms and the master has an en-suite bathroom with shower and Wc. All bedrooms on this floor have patio doors leading onto the large balcony where you can take in the lovely sea views. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with shower and Wc. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets.
