This beautiful and elegant 4 bedroom, 3 storey sea front villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Protaras, just a 5 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay Beach and all amenities.

The ground floor of the villa has a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar seating 2 persons and a dining table seating 6 persons. You will also find a large, corner leather sofa overlooking the stunning sea views.

The living room features a widescreen TV with satellite, DVD Player and comfortable leather sofas.

On the first floor, you will find three of the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have a double bed and their own en suite bathroom, each with a shower and Wc. Two of the bedrooms offer amazing sea views.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the fourth bedrooms with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower and Wc. There is also an extra bathroom on this floor with a shower and WC

Outside, the elaborate garden that overlooks the ocean offers a large, private swimming pool, outside dining area seating 8 persons and a barbecue. There is a large lawn area in front of the pool leading down to the pathway that will take you to Fig Tree Bay Beach.
