"The location is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are spacious and we had room 502 which had a nice balcony overlooking the city and an expensive footprint which left room for a couch and chairs as well as a queen size bed and desk. The negatives here unfortunately include a TV that didn't work, ants in the bathroom and on the desk and a bathroom that smelled like sewer. Other than that it was great."

"The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in a central, safe location, walkable to most attractions in the city or easy access to public transportation. The front desk was always staffed. The location was the highlight. Otherwise the room was very small and exceptionally warm despite not having the heat on. No AC but they did provide a small floor desk fan. We did not pay for the breakfast. Overall would recommend for a great location to explore the city!"

"Perfect place to stay. Right in the heart of the city, nothing was too far away. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful & friendly. As first time visitors of Amsterdam it was perfectly close to everything we wanted to see (museums, canal tours, Foodhallen, etc). If my wife & I come back we will definitely try to stay here again. 10/10"

"Location is great! Downstairs is a little dated but we had a big room for 4. Some amnesties were lacking like bathrobes but overall would stay again!"

"The room was small, but very clean. The stadd was outstanding from the time we checked in with Delina to the lady at the front counter, Siri for the breakfast bar.The location was also fantastic.when you exited through the rear door, you were right on one of the canals. We would definitely stay here again."

"Numerous staff members were very helpful. The room was large and the bed incredibly comfortable. We were on the ground floor at the street, so street noise was a bit of an annoyance. Returning we'd definitely choose the Leonardo Eden and request a higher floor."
