Paradise Island

Close to every thing important!

The property was beautiful with everything you need for your stay and immaculately clean. We did not rent a car and had an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend!

Vacation in Paradise

Property was as described! Wonderful location, walkable to Atlantis, Margaritaville, and Cabbage Beach (some hills so be mindful of that if you’re not able bodied). Better than expected

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were even better than pictured. Our host Sarah was super responsive and provided us with many helpful tips including restaurants, best beach areas etc. The unit was clean and we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking our coffee every morning. It was also a great location to walk to everything. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Perfect Paradise Island Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Break Villa so much! Upon arrival, instructions were excellent for a seamless check-in. The villa was spotlessly clean, decorated tastefully in a beach/island theme, and offered every amenity we needed. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our party of two coupkes.

Paradise Island

The Villa was exactly as listed - perfect location for what events we had planned. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay - comfortable furniture/rooms, convenient location, pool and laundry room. Communication with Host was very easy. Definitely would stay again on next trip to Bahamas!

A Bahama Oasis

It is an amazing place to stay. The location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, atlantis, and the beautiful beach. The pool in the complex is a minute walk (if that), and you won’t find friendlier people on an island. We loved hanging out in the outdoor space, whether it was coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later on. This is a gem! Sarah was very responsive and communicated well. We will return! Thank you for a relaxing and amazing girls trip !!

Cozy clean safe little Home on Paradise Island

It was a great stay from the very first moment. All well described, we found a beautiful little house, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. It was also very clean and safe. The pool was in the back of the house, secluded, quiet and clean. 100% :-)

Fantastic Family Retreat: A Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this place, which was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was clean and easy to find. We were thrilled to have the pool to ourselves every day, which the kids absolutely loved. They also appreciated the beach toys you provided, as traveling with them can be a hassle. It truly made their day, and they were so excited to use them.I also want to thank you for all the helpful tips and insights you shared before our arrival. One thing to note is that the grocery store within walking distance has a limited selection and high prices. However, since we had a rental car, we were able to go to a larger grocery store a little farther away, which offered a better selection and more reasonable prices.Overall, our family had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect place on paradise island

Excellent place on paradise island. Spacious, clean, and easy walking distance to everything you need on the island - cabbage beach, Atlantis, and the ferry terminal all within minutes. Sarah is a fantastic host. She provided a lot of great info, was super responsive, and went above and beyond by helping us manage an awkward time between us checking out of a hotel on new providence and checking into this rental. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent location for walking to the best beach ever!

This lovely apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary kitchen equipment to have this be your home away from home. We prepared many meals here also using the brand new bbq. The owner Sarah responded immediately to all inquiries. This was the perfect spot to relax. Very safe and well kept property. We plan to bring our extended family here next time. Thank you Sarah!

Home away from Home

We recently enjoyed a wonderful two-week stay at Ocean Break Villas. The location was perfect for our family of 3/4, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing, recuperative getaway. While we spent most of our time at the villa, we found the space to be both gracious and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a family of four. It truly felt like home. Despite its compact size, the villa was well-equipped and convenient. Sarah was fantastic—her communication and responsiveness to any queries were exceptional. We would definitely stay at Ocean Break Villas again.

Had such a great family vacation! Everything went so seamlessly from check in to check out. Great Villa!!

We spent a week at this property. This villa worked perfectly for our family of 5. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, even the roll away bed was comfortable for our 18 year old. We would definitely stay here again. Also the host was very helpful in giving recommendations of things to do. It was within a short walking distance of nice restaurants, beautiful Cabbage beach, Atlantis, and all the excursions we took. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this one really deserved a 5 star review.

Pleasant stay

The Villa looks and feels very good. I like the sophisticated, beautiful decor. The couch and dining room chairs were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked despite being relatively small. The beds are firm and filled with pillows. Like the rest of the house, the bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent! Within walking distance from beaches, restaurants, and casinos. Our host, Sarah, was very attentive and responded to my questions immediately. She went out of her way to give me the information I needed. She is, in general, a fun person to be with. Easy going, and charming. I highly recommend Sarah's villa.

Best vacay spot

This was our 10th mother/daughter trip and also my daughters birthday. This place was so beautiful that my daughter literally lived by the pool side. The home is nicely decorated and clean and has all the appliances I wish we had some more condiments like sugar, so we did not have to run out the first day to get supplies .Atlantis was in walking distance and so was Cabbage Beach. Things are quite expensive so make sure you budget.. Our hostess responded immediately to even minor issues.. Best vacation!

Exactly as advertised!

Villa was super cute, clean and very close to Atlantis resort (about 7 minute walk). Area was very safe, well lit, and parking was a breeze. Sarah was immediately responsive when any question arose, and super helpful. If we return to the Bahamas, we would definitely stay here again. All bathroom amenities were included and high quality, there is safe, and the kitchen was a life saver. Cooking our own meals saved hundreds, even though the grocery store is pricey. If you're going to the Bahamas and want to frequent Atlantis without paying the resort fees, Sarah's villa is the place! Thank you so much!
