In the heart of the Salento countryside among the centuries-old olive trees of the Gallipoli hinterland, Cosimo Felline (born 1840) built this three-room barrel-vaulted and star-vaulted residence to holiday with his family during the summer.
After his death in the years ‘60 the Abode was divided between his three daughters: Assunta, Addolorata and Domenica, each with a room and a piece of land.
My earliest childhood memories are of this land, of living in the open air, playing with cousins in the land among olive trees, almond trees, medlars, figs and vineyards. Families lived without electricity, spent summer evenings chatting with relatives and neighbors or walking along dirt roads in the moonlight.
In 2017 the dream comes true... REUNIFY the three properties and begin the restoration of the Mansion while preserving all the charm of the original rooms of the past.
Today ANTICA DIMORA is a accommodation facility that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people, combining the authenticity of the Salento peasant house with modern comforts. In addition to the ancient rooms, the Residence offers a swimming pool, a summer garden, centuries-old olive trees, medlars, walnuts, colonnades with pergolas, lemons, citrus fruits....

Villa Antica Dimora is located in Salento Puglia Italy a few km from Gallipoli in the countryside, 1 km from the town of Parabita in a residential area. This completely fenced structure (2500 m2) is accessed by car from two separate entrances, one of which has an automatic gate.

Antica Dimora can accommodate either a group of friends sleeping up to 9, or more families enjoying the possibility of having exclusive spaces and services (bathroom, kitchenette and fridge in the room) thanks to the independent entrances, while living in the same structure.

The internal space is divided into three areas:
